Parkland Medical Center to Host Health Happiness and You (H2U) Program Health Fair October 24, 2007

By becoming a member of Parkland’s H2U Program, people can take advantage of free flu shots, blood pressure screenings, cholesterol screenings and bone density testing at the health fair. The health fair will also include door prizes, giveaways, and refreshments. A $15 fee per year is charged to become a member.

As a member of H2U, you receive many benefits including: national and local vendor discounts for travel books, flowers, vision care, prescriptions, an H2U monthly newsletter and quarterly magazine, discounts in the hospital’s cafeteria, a private hospital room if available, health screenings, day trips, dinners featuring guest speakers and quarterly luncheons with entertainment.
